Originally from Scotland, UK, Marc has lived in NYC for the last 22 years where he has been coaching people on the profound healing benefits of Whole Food Plant-Based for the last several years.
Marc’s passion as a nutritionist and health coach is to remind and guide people that they themselves hold the key to their own health and happiness through the food choices they make and that we all can be our own healers with a self empowered and mindful attitude as the foundation for our daily choices.
Marc works alongside Brooklyn Borough President Eric Adams on his Veg curios meet up, a community health initiative he started to get Brooklyn healthy after curing his type 2 diabetes by changing his diet/lifestyle.
Also Marc works with the Coalition for Healthy School Food, a non profit organization that is promoting more plant-based sources of proteins and nutrients in the public schools.
Marc is also a triathlete and just completed his first Ironman 70.3 in Lake Placid, raising money for different farm sanctuaries in the NY area while raising awareness on the incredible health benefits that eating more plants has on our mind, body and spirit.
